Illustrated Guide to Application

	STEP1: With the finished side facing up, position the Turn2® Turning Aid™ underneath patient and secure one set of straps to the lower portion of the side rail using the self-adhering hook and loop closure.
	STEP2: Gently drape the remaining set of straps across the patient for easy reach from the opposite side of the bed and position patient appropriately in preparation for turning.
	STEP 3: With one strap in each hand, gently roll the patient towards you and secure the straps in the desired position to the upper portion of the side rail using the self-adhering hook and loop closure.
	STEP 4: Position patient’s limbs appropriately for a side lying position and then tend to any personal care needs.

DO NOT USE in any manner other than as a positioning aid according to these instructions. Any use other than strictly as a positioning aid may result in severe injury to the patient and/or caregiver.
